Arthur Lovett Jr.

Arthur Lovett Jr. was born on February 2, 1943, in Live Oak, Florida, to the late Arthur Sr. and late Bernice Lovett.  Arthur attended Suwannee County Public Schools.  In 1961 he joined the United States Army, serving his country in the United States and Europe.

Arthur had a successful career as a concrete finisher for over 40 years.  He enjoyed gardening, watching westerns and completing crossword puzzles.  Arthur was a very quiet man who loved his family.

Arthur was preceded in death by his son Antonio Lovett, sister Shellie Mae Demps and brother Lavaughn Lovett.

Arthur leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife Dorothy Lovett; sons: Jerome Lovette (Connie) and Marcus Lovett; sisters: Mary Louise Bell, Delores Jackson and Sylvia Lovett Netter; brothers: Foster Lovett (Pam) and Rene Lovett (Linda) and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
