George Nathaniel Robinson

George Nathaniel Robinson, 84, of Daytona Beach, answered the Lord's call on February 21, 2020.  A Celebration of Life for George will be Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Pinello Funeral Home, 1036 Derbyshire Rd., Daytona Beach, FL.  There will be a viewing before the service; starting at 10:00 AM continuing until service time. Interment will be Monday, March 9, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Mt. Ararat Cemetery, 1427 Bellevue Ave., Daytona Beach, FL.

George Nathaniel Robinson was born October 25, 1935 in Daytona Beach, Florida to loving parents, Annie Mae Broadie and Leroy Robinson Sr.  He graduated from Campbell High School.  George retired from Daytona Radio and TV as an electrician technician.  He enjoyed fishing, cooking, watching westerns, wrestling, and cartoons.  He was the musical DJ at every family event.

He was preceded in death by his brothers: Richard Sr., Stanley, Leroy Jr., Gilbert, Leon, Ralph and James; sisters: Maxine Washington, Annie Watson and Clifford Lee Gearing.

He leaves behind his children: Deborah Abdul-Raheem (Akbar), Darlene Stephens and Gerri Robinson of Atlanta, Georgia; Ruben Kendrick of Detroit, Michigan; Jesse Robinson and Anne Stubbs of Daytona Beach, Florida; two sisters: Margaret Lowe, Lucille Robinson of Daytona Beach, Florida; three brothers: Benjamin Robinson, Realise Robinson and Colden Robinson of Daytona Beach, Florida and a host of loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
