Heather Kay Maddox, 45, of Dawson, Georgia, former resident of Daytona Beach, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, September 22, 2021. Pinello Funeral Home's staff extends their deepest condolences to the family of Ms. Maddox.


Heather was born on January 26, 1976 in St. Petersburg Florida, at St. Anthony’s Hospital to Robert Maddox and Jacqueline Garvin. Heather moved to Daytona Beach Florida where she attended local schools. She was a member of the Sunshine Band at Madison Heights Church of God in Christ where she enjoyed singing. Heather was a Certified Nursing Assistant. She worked in the Healthcare setting for many years. Heather was a loving mother who dedicated her life to nurturing her sons. She had a passion for introducing Jesus to others. Heather was an encourager and a pray warrior. Heather enjoyed shopping, cooking, and spending time with family.

Heather’s beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her sons: Juan Young, Micah Young, & Jamir Young, her sisters: April Henderson (Calvin), Anneka Blair (Johnathan), Summer Joseph (Esaie), Trinity Garvin, and God sister Alicia Wilkins (Jason). Heather also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, & friends.
