Joan Smith Jordan

Joan Smith Jordan passed away peacefully on October 18, 2023, at the age of 72 at Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House. She graduated from Campbell Street High School in Daytona Beach. She was a retired CNA and enjoyed doing crosswords and spending time with her great grandchildren.

Joan leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter Lesley Cathey (Fred) of Snellville, Georgia, 3 grandchildren, Jacque Jordan, LaKristie Jordan and Nathanial Carstarphen Jr. (CJ), 5 great grandchildren, Jacque Jordan Jr., Jatai Jordan, Jeremiah Jordan, Braylen Smith, Kartier Smith

Joan is also survived by 1 sibling, Harold Smith

As well as an uncle, several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, cousins, sister in law & devoted friend Theresa Smith.  

Joan is preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Lola Smith, 2 daughters, Lakristie Jordan and Markivie Jordan, 2 brothers, Allen Smith and Charlie Smith Jr., 1 sister, Gloria Jeffries.
