Karen D. Pinello, 77, of Jasper, Fl, passed away peacefully at Lake City Medical Center on Thursday, September 3rd 2020. Karen, aka-Aunt Karen, Honey, Mom and most importantly, Nani, was born in the Bronx, NY and moved to this area in 1975. She was proud to be a very prayerful christian, a patriot who strongly supported and defended her country, a trusted friend and above all, a mother and grandmother. She truly wore the title of NANI proudly and with honor. Nani was a licensed Cosmetologist, EMT, served as Kiwanis club secretary and retired after serving over 20 years in several positions to include recycling and emergency management departments in Hamilton County. She enjoyed attending St. Therese Catholic Church in Jasper, traveling by train or cruise ship and most of all gatherings of friends and family. Karen is survived by her children Bobby (Arianna), Joey (Linda), Dawn and Philip; brother Bubby (Mary); sister Lynne (Lannie): grandchildren Joey ll (Sami),Justin, Jordan, Alli, Philip Michael, Garrett, Melania and Luca; great grandchildren Finley and Reagan; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
