The family is saddened to announce the passing of Pamela Jean Hanley who was surrounded by family after a lengthy battle with a respiratory illness. Pamela is survived by her devoted husband Richard, her loving son Charles Keller Jr (Katrina), two granddaughters Jennifer Keller and Katie Coker (Joey) three great grandchildren, Malynn Alaniz, Abigail Coker, and Nickolas Coker and her four-legged son Remus whom she called Baby.
She is also survived by her three siblings, Robert Baxley (Victoria), Diane McDermott (Sonny), and Debbie Crick (Daniel), cousins, and numerous nephews and nieces.
Her mother and father, Ruby and Foy Baxley await her in heaven. Pam loved crafts and Holidays, especially Christmas. Pam was a kind and loving soul who saw the best in anyone she met. Even in death, she has continued to be a giving spirit, donating her skin to be used for breast cancer patients undergoing reconstructive surgery.
She retired from the 7th District State Attorney’s Office as an office specialist.
Pinello Funeral Home 1036 Derbyshire Road, Daytona Beach is overseeing the burial arrangements.
There will be a viewing on Thursday, August 17, 2023, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM for family members, and from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM for all who knew and loved Pam.
The funeral will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church 1014 N Halifax Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32118 on Friday, August 18, 2023 at 1:00 PM.
The family request in lieu of flowers a donation to The Halifax Humane Society 2364 LPGA Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32124 would be a great tribute to this wonderful lady.
